PLAYFEST 2026 is produced by Mashharder, Africa's esports infrastructure and production company. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit playfest.africa, register for a qualifier or the Grand Finals, or otherwise interact with us, and how that information is used and protected.

We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, phone number, gamer tag, and payment details when you register for a game, qualifier stage, or viewer package. We also collect a Mashharder profile identifier once you sign in, and basic technical data (device, browser, IP address) when you use the site.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to process tournament registrations, manage qualifier and Grand Finals brackets, communicate schedule or venue updates, verify eligibility for prizes, and improve the PLAYFEST experience. We may also use your contact details to send updates about future PLAYFEST events unless you opt out.
4. Registration & Payment Data
Qualifier, multi-game, and viewer package payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Your Mashharder profile is required to complete registration and is governed by Mashharder's own account terms.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working correctly and to understand how visitors use playfest.africa, so we can improve navigation, content, and performance.
6. Sharing of Information
